About the Role
We are seeking a confident and service-oriented Lounge Supervisor to join our team at the Emirates Lounge located in Auckland International Airport. In this leadership role, you will guide a high-performing team to provide exceptional food, beverage, and customer service, ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and luxurious pre-flight experience. This position requires availability on weekends. You will have the opportunity to represent one of the world's most recognizable airline brands while fostering teamwork and excellence in a prestigious, fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will supervise daily lounge operations, allocate tasks, and support team performance. You will deliver customer service that embodies the Emirates brand and oversee food and beverage service, including alcohol service and dietary requirements. Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic lounge environment to premium standards is essential. Additionally, you will assist with rostering, stock control, and team training in collaboration with the Lounge Manager.
About You
We are looking for a natural leader with strong communication skills and a passion for premium hospitality. You should have previous experience in a similar supervisory or lounge role and hold a General Manager's Certificate (Liquor Service) while being able to obtain AVSEC clearance. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
