About the Role We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Gisborne Branch. In this role, you will be committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring timely and professional delivery to our customers. This fast-paced position requires adaptability and versatility as you engage with customers. Your responsibilities will include quickly and efficiently identifying the right products, serving customers at the counter, assisting on the shop floor, and processing sales documentation. You will also maintain a seamless store experience by accurately processing sales refunds, upholding high showroom standards, and ensuring that all account and product details are correct.
