About the Role
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Storeman to join our crew. This position involves handling and processing important business documents, rather than traditional parcels or freight. Our fast-paced warehouse is well-managed and tidy, and we prioritize attention to detail in all aspects of our work.
In this role, you will operate stock pickers, work at heights, and lift boxes weighing up to 16 kg. Your contributions will be essential in keeping operations running smoothly and meeting our key performance indicators.
What You Will Be Doing
- Picking, processing, and moving business documents
- Driving stock pickers and forklifts (training will be provided)
- Maintaining progress on tasks to meet KPIs
- Ensuring accuracy in stock management and warehouse routines
- Keeping your work area clean and safe
This position operates from Monday to Friday, with one week on-call every four weeks. You will receive an allowance, additional pay for call-outs, and the use of a company van.
About You
We are looking for someone who is proactive, committed, and supportive of their team. The role requires physical activity and a hands-on approach.
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with numbers and letters
- Comfort working at heights (operating stock pickers)
- A willingness to engage in a physically demanding role
- A full New Zealand driver’s license
- A solid work ethic and a positive attitude
While previous warehouse or pick-packing experience is beneficial, we welcome candidates who demonstrate the right approach and mindset.
What You Will Get
- Use of a company van when on call
- A clean and well-maintained warehouse with functional equipment
- A supportive and experienced team that values camaraderie
- Health benefits, including discounted Southern Cross insurance and annual flu vaccinations
A Couple of Things to Note

- A police clearance and security license are required.
- We can only accept applications from individuals who already have the right to work in New Zealand.
