About the Role We are seeking a diligent and safety-oriented professional to join our fast-paced Crossdock team at the Seaview Branch. If you excel in a team environment, possess a keen eye for detail, and take pride in handling freight efficiently and with care, we would be thrilled to have you join us. This role typically requires working hours from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with some flexibility needed. What You'll Be Doing - Safely loading and unloading trucks and containers with speed and accuracy. - Collaborating closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and planning teams. - Ensuring operations run smoothly and on schedule. What We’re Looking For - Extensive forklift driving experience in a high-volume, controlled environment. - Confidence and experience in loading and unloading trucks and containers. - A valid OSH Forklift license is essential, and an F endorsement is highly regarded. - Strong counting and mathematical skills. - Experience in checking consignments for damage and verifying correct quantities. - Competence in completing paperwork and maintaining organization. - Proficiency with technology and the ability to quickly learn new systems. - A commitment to health and safety standards. - Fluency in English with strong communication skills. - Must be physically fit and healthy, with the ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug tests.
