About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Navigator to join our team on a fixed-term basis until June 30, 2026. This role is offered for 14 to 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling. In this position, you will play a vital role in guiding young individuals as they explore their next steps.
As a Navigator, you will co-facilitate our Work Ready Course, support workplace visits, and provide one-on-one mentoring. Your efforts will be instrumental in building confidence and essential life skills while helping to create pathways to success for the rangatahi we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-facilitate Work Ready Course sessions
- Provide one-on-one mentoring to rangatahi
- Assist in removing barriers such as transportation and access to services
- Support workplace visits, training provider visits, and other hands-on activities
- Build positive relationships with whanau, providers, and employers
