About the Role We are currently seeking a confident, driven, and ambitious Sales Representative to join our team in Penrose. In this role, you will report directly to the Sales Manager and collaborate across the business to achieve strategic sales growth in the region. The ideal candidate will possess a sales background, along with the persistence and enthusiasm to help elevate our growth to new heights. Requirements To be successful in this position, you should have: - A proven track record in a sales environment - A valid driver's license and the ability to travel occasionally - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - The ability to build relationships with a diverse range of individuals - Self-motivation and the capacity to work independently - Strong organizational and time management skills - A willingness to learn and gain expertise in our products - A positive contribution to a team dynamic - Comfort in a demonstration-based environment with customers While previous experience in the automotive, welding, building, mechanical, painting, or repair sectors would be a strong advantage, we are open to providing industry-specific training for the right candidate.
