About the Role We are excited to offer a casual position for a Receptionist at our beautiful James Wattie Retirement Village. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a welcoming environment for our residents and visitors. Your responsibilities will include: - Welcoming all visitors and providing assistance and direction as needed. - Performing administrative tasks, including accounts and general office/reception duties. - Ensuring a hospitable and helpful service to residents, relatives, visitors, and staff. - Answering phone calls courteously and promptly. - Assisting residents and visitors with general inquiries. - Collaborating closely with and supporting your colleagues.
