About the Role We are seeking individuals to join our team in the Masterton Warehouse for a full-time position. In this role, you will be an essential part of our warehouse team, assisting with customer inquiries, stock movement, and storage. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing all receiving, storage, delivery, and paperwork procedures in a timely manner while assisting with stock movements. - Providing exceptional customer service, including serving customers who are picking up goods from the warehouse and answering phone inquiries. - Assisting with stock movements, which may involve driving the shuttle truck as required. - Unloading trucks and, when feasible, loading goods into customers' vehicles. - Ensuring safe work practices while handling heavy lifting, operating machinery and vehicles, and working at heights. - Maintaining a strong focus on health and safety, adhering to all relevant guidelines and requirements. - Assisting with stocktake preparation and execution, including being available for the duration of the stocktake if requested. About You We are looking for candidates with the following attributes: - Physical capability to assist with manual handling tasks. - Basic computer skills coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills. - A practical understanding of health and safety guidelines and procedures, including manual handling, and the ability to follow instructions. - Previous customer service or warehouse experience is desirable. - A current, full NZ Driver's License is preferred.
