About the Role
We are currently seeking a Branch Manager for our Whangarei location. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for interiors and an enthusiasm for the latest lighting trends and technology. Whether you have recently completed a renovation or have experience in DIY projects, your familiarity with various designs will enable you to guide our clients effectively, whether they are in need of a simple bedside lamp or a comprehensive lighting solution for their home.
As a proven leader with a minimum of five years of experience managing a retail team, you will have the skills necessary to build strong relationships with clients and support your team. Your motivation comes from seeing others succeed, and you thrive in an environment where you can nurture their growth and development. You are adept at multitasking, balancing operational responsibilities such as inventory management and stock counts while ensuring a high level of customer and team satisfaction.
Your friends would describe you as organized, energetic, and approachable. These qualities make you an ideal candidate for this role. While prior lighting experience is not required, we offer a comprehensive training program to help you become familiar with our products and services quickly.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience leading a retail team
