About the Role
We are currently seeking a Production & Export Logistics Coordinator to join our team immediately. In this full-time permanent position, you will have the unique opportunity to oversee the entire production process, from initial production stages to the delivery to our customers. This role offers a competitive salary starting from $68,000 NZD, along with the flexibility to work both from home and at our stunning vineyard, which is conveniently located just a 30-minute drive from Blenheim.
In this position, you will work closely with our Winemaker, Matt, gaining valuable insights from his expertise. You will have the autonomy to manage your responsibilities while receiving ample support from our team. Key Responsibilities
As our Production & Export Logistics Coordinator, you will ensure the seamless export of our wines to international markets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring operational excellence in our bottling process
- Liaising with winemakers to coordinate the dispatch of wine
- Managing compliance and quality assurance
- Overseeing production processes from bottling to labeling and packaging
- Arranging and managing international shipping
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Building and developing strong relationships with our suppliers
The Ideal Candidate
