About the Role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our client's Lower Hutt team as a Retail Trades Salesperson. This position offers an immediate start for the right candidate and full-time hours from Monday to Friday. As part of our commitment to your success, we provide comprehensive training along with ongoing support and development.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their queries through both phone and over-the-counter sales. You will also manage stock, handle the dispatching and receiving of goods, and pick and pack client orders.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, we are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Previous sales experience is desired
- Strong customer service skills
- A current OSH Forklift License is a plus but not essential
- Physical fitness, as the role involves heavy lifting
- Good computer skills
