About the Role In this position, you will play a vital role in supporting residents at our Community Home in Clouston Park, Upper Hutt City. Your responsibilities will include aiding residents in following care plans that promote their health and wellbeing. You will work collaboratively with our Rehabilitation Team to assist residents in achieving their lifestyle goals and building community connections. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to continue your professional development by obtaining NZQA Health and Wellbeing Certificate levels, with the support of your manager and our Workforce Development team. Requirements We are looking for an ideal candidate who is passionate about supporting others and possesses strong communication skills.
