About the Role
We are seeking experienced Casual Security Officers to join our team at Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Te Matau a Maui in Hawkes Bay. This role is both dynamic and rewarding, offering the opportunity to provide 24/7 security services at both Hastings Memorial Hospital and the Napier Health Centre.

About You
We are looking for individuals who remain calm under pressure, are proactive, and possess the confidence to handle situations independently. Your ability to connect with people and work collaboratively will make you a strong candidate for this role.
To qualify, you should have:
- Experience in security or a related field (healthcare or mental health experience is advantageous)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn basic computer skills
- Medical and physical fitness appropriate for the role
- A current First Aid Certificate (or a willingness to obtain one)
- The ability to obtain a Security Guard License (COA)
