About the Role As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding service to our building trade customers. This dynamic position requires adaptability and versatility as you will be involved in a variety of tasks. Key responsibilities include: - Efficiently picking, assembling, and loading customer orders. - Recommending suitable products tailored to customer preferences. - Loading and unloading delivery vans and trucks. - Maintaining inventory levels and ensuring seamless stock replenishment. - Upholding cleanliness and safety standards through general housekeeping. - Identifying the right products quickly and assisting customers at the counter and on the shop floor. - Accurately processing sales documentation, refunds, and maintaining a high standard in the showroom to ensure correct product and account charging. About You We are looking for someone who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and possesses the following skills, qualities, and certifications: - A valid FULL NZ Driver's License is essential. - A Forklift F Endorsed License with an OSH Certificate is required. - A positive mindset and a strong emphasis on teamwork. - Basic computer skills. - Physical stamina to handle the demands of the role. - Knowledge of the building industry is advantageous.
