About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the complete painting process, from product and equipment preparation through to final completion, ensuring compliance with international standards and maintaining our systems effectively.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should possess the following skills and experience:
- Proficiency in working with an electrostatic spray gun system, adhering to automotive and aircraft industry standards.
- Competence in utilizing a hot tunnel or bake cycle curing and drying buffer process.
- Experience in all aspects of paint preparation and adhesion testing.
- Ability to apply paint consistently and precisely to predetermined thicknesses.
- Strong skills in inspection and defect recognition.
While trade qualifications are advantageous, they are not mandatory.
