We are currently seeking an exceptional E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic Support office located at the Half Moon Bay marina. About the Role At Burnsco, we are proud to be a digitally driven organization that prioritizes delivering an outstanding customer experience. The successful candidate will excel in a data-focused environment and possess a keen attention to detail. In this role, you will play a crucial part in planning, executing, and optimizing our digital campaigns and merchandising strategies to drive online growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Reporting directly to our E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for implementing digital initiatives aimed at improving performance across our e-commerce platforms. You will use analytics and performance metrics to make informed and impactful decisions. Key Responsibilities - Support the development and execution of e-commerce campaigns across various digital channels. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement merchandising strategies that align with our business objectives. - Analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement and optimize conversion rates. - Monitor key metrics and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness and online sales trends. - Identify and troubleshoot performance issues related to product listings, navigation, and onsite search. - Ensure product content accuracy and consistency across all digital platforms. - Assist with A/B testing, promotions, and seasonal updates to improve user experience and engagement. About You - A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role. - A strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or BigCommerce, as well as CMS tools. - Proficiency in using Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools. - Comfort in working with data and translating insights into actionable strategies. - Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills. - A proactive and collaborative mindset, coupled with a passion for continuous improvement.
