About the Role We are currently seeking a skilled Copywriter to join our Marketing Team based in Christchurch. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the narrative of Wolfbrook's residential projects while collaborating on various creative initiatives across our family of brands and associated businesses. Your primary focus will be to create persuasive and engaging content that resonates with our target audiences across digital, print, and social platforms. As a member of our dynamic team, you will work closely with marketing professionals and other business units to bring our brand to life. You will help drive engagement, generate leads, and support our growth objectives through compelling storytelling backed by insights and data. Requirements - A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing copywriting or a related field. - A strong portfolio showcasing writing samples across digital and print media. - Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple deadlines. - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. - Bonus: Fluency in a second language or experience in property, real estate, or finance. What You'll Do - Craft clear and compelling copy for various marketing channels, including collateral, websites, radio, email campaigns, social media, LinkedIn, brochures, and events. - Collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to ensure all content aligns with our brand tone, messaging, and strategy. - Write persuasive and informative content for proposals and pitch documents to support business development and broader initiatives. - Utilize data and analytics tools to monitor content performance and continuously optimize based on results. - Leverage market and audience research to develop messaging that resonates with our target demographics. - Assist with editing and proofreading marketing content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency. - Stay informed about marketing trends and bring innovative ideas to the team. - Support the continuous improvement of our copywriting processes and documentation of best practices. - Provide training and guidance to team members on marketing copywriting tools and techniques.
