    About the Company At Hawke's Bay Office Products Depot, we pride ourselves on being a leading provider of office supplies and solutions. We are now looking to expand our team with a high-achieving Account Manager who shares our passion for sales and customer success. About the Role In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships while providing general sales support. We are looking for a professional, energetic, and experienced individual who thrives in a results-oriented environment. Your role will involve engaging in outbound sales activities, including cold calling, to generate new business opportunities. To excel in this position, you must possess strong sales and communication skills, coupled with a genuine passion for selling and delivering effective solutions to both new and existing customers. An enthusiasm for customer interaction and a resourceful mindset are essential, as is the ability to think on your feet, negotiate, and create a dynamic sales atmosphere. While experience in the office supplies industry or related fields such as hygiene, cafeteria supplies, packaging, or furniture would be advantageous, it is not a strict requirement. Requirements - Proven experience in outbound sales, with a focus on building relationships and achieving sales goals - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - A strong desire to win new business and provide effective customer solutions - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Enthusiasm for engaging with customers and a resourceful approach to problem-solving Benefits This role offers a competitive remuneration package, including a bonus scheme for the right candidate.
