About the Role
As a Technical Sales Specialist, also known internally as a Core Nutrient Specialist, you will challenge conventional practices and inspire strategic decisions through innovative value propositions. While you do not need to have a scientific background, it is crucial to understand the vital role that farmers play as the backbone of New Zealand’s agricultural sector.
In this role, you will be actively engaged in the field, representing Ballance by:
- Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and identifying how we can support their future farming practices
- Focusing on growth opportunities and demonstrating a passion for developing and implementing nutrient strategies
- Delivering a five-star customer experience to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
About You
We are looking for a people-oriented individual who values relationships built on trust and respect. You will find fulfillment in witnessing increased production and profitability for our farmers, who will appreciate your dedication.
