HVAC Team Leader

About the Role We are excited to offer an opportunity for someone seeking to transition from hands-on work to a management role within our organization. This position is ideal for individuals with an electrical background who enjoy a mix of office responsibilities and fieldwork. As part of our busy installation team, you will receive training to help you develop into a full-time management position in the future. This full-time, permanent role comes with competitive remuneration ranging from $40 to $45 per hour, along with a vehicle. You will benefit from a secure workload and a growing pipeline of projects. Additionally, we host regular social events to enhance team cohesion and morale. Your responsibilities will include servicing, preventative maintenance, diagnostic, and repair work on various HVAC equipment. We are looking for a self-starter who excels in both people and time management, and who is confident in working with HVAC systems.
