About the Role
We are excited to invite you to join our dynamic team as a Client Services and Logistics Coordinator. If you are keen to take on a new challenge in the logistics sector and excel in providing exceptional service within a fast-paced environment, this role may be perfect for you. Based at our Kennaway Road location in Woolston, you will work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week. The position typically requires 42.5 hours per week, with occasional weekend hours on Saturdays from 8 am to 1 pm, as needed.
What You Will Do
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the movement and flow of containers throughout the depot while ensuring data integrity and maintaining professional communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional service to our clients to enhance and grow our reputation as a market leader in the industry.
- Managing your allocated client(s) by providing timely and accurate information in the agreed format.
- Producing daily client reports to investigate any discrepancies that may impact client KPIs and stock turnaround.
- Processing trucks in and out of the yard using our in-house booking system.
- Communicating yard movements to ground staff via radio transmission.
