About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Fitter/Fabricator to join our team and take on a robust pipeline of work. In this role, you will participate in exciting projects that include plant upgrades, conveyor systems, processing facilities, and bulk material handling, among others.
The environment is fast-paced and requires quick thinking, flexibility, and creativity. We value a team-oriented approach and encourage a bit of camaraderie among our staff. Your experience in fitting and fabrication will be essential as you navigate a variety of tasks throughout your workday. You will also need to interpret drawings accurately, demonstrating pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
To thrive in this position, you should have experience working with various materials, including steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and specialized high-temperature stainless alloys. We are looking for a versatile engineer who can handle a diverse range of components effectively.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Trade Qualified Fitter/Fabricator
- Current welding tickets or the ability to obtain them (TIG, MIG, ARC)
- Knowledge of CNC, lathe, and milling is advantageous but not essential
- Strong focus on health and safety
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude
