    Welding Supervisor About the Company At Culham Engineering, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services in the engineering sector. We are currently seeking a Welding Supervisor to join our Quality department. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our operations based in Northland, Whangarei, at our workshop. About the Role As a Welding Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing welding operations and ensuring compliance with quality standards. This role will allow you to explore various aspects of our quality assurance processes while contributing to significant projects across New Zealand. What You Bring to the Role We are looking for candidates who hold a Certified Welding Inspection qualification such as CBIP, CSWIP 3.1, or IIW. Experience in heavy engineering fabrication is advantageous, along with a strong understanding of structural and piping/pressure equipment disciplines. Familiarity with AS/NZS and ASME standards is essential. Additionally, strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration within our team. Why Us?
