About the Role
We are seeking a confident and detail-oriented EQS Data and Insights Lead to join our high-performing Equipment Services (EQS) team in East Tamaki. This is a permanent, full-time position where you will play a vital role in driving operational excellence and ensuring financial accuracy across our national equipment operations.
In this fast-paced, insights-driven role, you will work closely with stakeholders to deliver reporting and analysis that informs smarter operational decisions.
What You Will Be Doing
- Building and maintaining dashboards and reports in Power BI and Tableau to support business intelligence.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide tailored insights.
- Leading monthly financial reporting, budget tracking, cost recovery, and asset performance analysis.
- Supporting audit and quality programs to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Monitoring key performance indicators and providing actionable insights.
- Conducting analyses on fleet performance, warranty claims, and supplier spending.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and stakeholder outcomes.
What You Will Bring
- Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in financial and operational reporting.
- High proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau (or similar tools).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally and managing competing priorities.
- A qualification in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience and a strong analytical mindset are equally valued.
