About the Role
Our story begins with two dedicated individuals from Christchurch who recognized an opportunity in the property market. They transformed a run-down house into a beautiful home, leading to a series of successful renovations and a thriving partnership. Over the past decade, our business has expanded significantly, with numerous projects underway across the city, including renovations, a growing rental portfolio, and new residential and commercial developments.
As we look to enhance our operations, we are in search of an Executive Assistant who can bring structure and efficiency to our fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone proactive and reliable, capable of turning chaos into order and ideas into actionable plans.
We welcome applicants who are young, ambitious, and eager to prove themselves, including new parents looking to balance work with family commitments. The responsibilities of this position will involve managing inboxes, reconciling bills, establishing filing systems, creating dashboards and reports, project support through client and contractor communication, and overseeing social media marketing and online advertising performance. Flexibility and a willingness to tackle a variety of tasks are essential.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an office environment
- Familiarity with Xero and project management tools is advantageous
- Proven experience in implementing systems and processes to enhance efficiency
- Strong communication skills and effective time management
- Honesty, trustworthiness, and a positive attitude
- Initiative, a proactive mindset, and a strong work ethic
