About the Role We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join Frances Hodgkins Retirement Village in Dunedin as a Caregiver. This is a part-time position, with shifts scheduled for Sunday and Monday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. In this role, you will have the chance to develop meaningful relationships with our residents and their families. You will follow individual care plans, providing care that meets our high standards—as if you were caring for your own family members. You will also utilize the latest technology, including our purpose-built care app, myRyman, and work closely with your colleagues to foster a supportive team environment. About You To be successful in our caring and supportive environment, you will need to possess the following qualities: - Kindness at the core of your being - Strong empathy for others - Outstanding communication skills - A reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor While experience in aged care is preferred, it is not a requirement.
