Our commitment to excellence is evident in everything we do. About the Role Our Wellington Production and Asphalt team is seeking an experienced Foreperson to join our dedicated workforce. This pivotal role involves leading a team, organizing, planning, and directing operations to ensure the successful completion of projects to a high standard. You will work closely with the Production Manager to conduct toolbox meetings, facilitate crew briefings, and collaborate on various tasks. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to operate modern machinery and engage in a variety of other responsibilities. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should be a physically fit and motivated individual with the following qualifications: - A full Class 1 New Zealand driver’s license (WTR endorsements are preferred) - Experience in production and/or asphalt is beneficial - An organized and systematic approach to the work environment - Strong communication skills to effectively engage with your crew, clients, and senior managers - A proactive mindset with confidence in decision-making and problem-solving - Availability for after-hours call-outs as needed Benefits We understand that our people are our greatest asset, and we are dedicated to providing an environment where they can thrive.
