About the Role

We are looking for individuals with previous sales experience who are comfortable asking for financial contributions and are driven to meet targets. Our dedicated team will provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in this rewarding role.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills and confidence in soliciting financial contributions
- Motivation to achieve targets and contribute to our mission
- Availability for full-time or part-time schedules
Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate of $28.95

- A comprehensive bonus scheme that allows you to earn up to an additional $200 per week
- Permanent contract with paid leave
- Full-time hours: Monday to Friday from 12:15 PM to 8:45 PM, with an early finish at 6:15 PM on Fridays
- Part-time hours: Monday to Thursday, 5:00 PM to 8:45 PM
For Auckland-based employees, we offer a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work from the office or from home on select days. Our office provides substantial kitchen facilities, including tea, coffee, and a range of milk options for your convenience. Located in Mount Eden, our office is easily accessible from the CBD and is served by frequent bus services.
For those outside of Auckland, we also provide the option to work from home, eliminating commuting expenses and travel time.
