About the Role We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Technician to join our team and work on various projects throughout the greater Auckland region. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of audio visual systems, including public address and background music systems, room controls, projection setups, and distributed audio solutions. If you possess the skills necessary to install, troubleshoot, and integrate commercial AV systems, we would love to hear from you. Location: Varied sites across Auckland Start date: Immediate start available Pay rate: $27–30 per hour (paid weekly) Duties include: - Installing and configuring audio and video systems across various commercial sites. - Integrating and programming room control systems. - Running and terminating cabling for audio visual and data networks. - Diagnosing and resolving faults in audio, video, and control systems. - Collaborating with clients and team members to deliver high-quality audio visual setups. You’ll need: - A Limited Electrical Licence (preferred). - Site Safe certification (required). - Ability to read plans and work to deadlines. - A full New Zealand driver’s licence (required). - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
