About the Role We are seeking skilled Residential Carpenters who take pride in their work and understand the expectations of high-end clientele. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively to deliver outstanding results. You will be confident in all aspects of residential carpentry, from framing to detailed finish work. Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for executing precise framing, trim, and finish carpentry for upscale residential homes. Your ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications will be essential. Throughout every stage of the project, you will uphold our company’s quality standards and attention to detail. Requirements To be successful in this role, you must be NZ Trade Qualified and possess a strong understanding of building codes and best practices. Proven experience on high-end projects is essential. Additionally, a full tool set and reliable transport are required.
