About the Role In this role, you will be an essential member of our roofing crew, responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial roofing systems across various sites. You will collaborate with a team of professionals who take pride in their craftsmanship and adhere to strict safety standards. Requirements We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: - A minimum of three years of proven experience in commercial roofing - Proficiency in working with materials such as membrane, metal, and torch-on roofing systems - A strong understanding of health and safety practices on construction sites - Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications - Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team - A valid driver's license (Class 1 minimum) - Working at Heights and Site Safe certifications are preferred but not essential Benefits We offer a competitive hourly rate along with overtime opportunities.
