About the Role As a Sales Team Member in our Bathroom department, your primary focus will be to enhance our company's success by maximizing sales and offering high-quality customer service. We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic candidate who understands the significance of a customer-centric approach. In this role, you will engage with customers, assist them with their DIY or large-scale projects, and ensure they have a pleasant shopping experience. Requirements To be successful in this position, we are looking for someone who possesses: - A passion for delivering excellent customer service - Knowledge or interest in bathrooms and retail experience - A positive, 'can do' attitude and the ability to work well in a team - Confidence in using computers - An outgoing personality with a friendly demeanor - Physical fitness, with the ability to lift heavy items - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Effective time management skills - Excellent merchandising skills - A forklift license or the ability to obtain one (preferred) This is a full-time position with the following schedule: - Tuesday: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm - Wednesday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm - Thursday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm - Friday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm - Saturday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Benefits We offer a dynamic and enjoyable work environment, ongoing training, a uniform, and attractive staff purchasing privileges.
