About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Roofing Laborer/Cladder to assist with roof and cladding installations and repairs. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will assist with roof and cladding installations and repairs, ensuring that you follow instructions carefully to complete tasks effectively. You will need to maintain punctuality and reliability while adhering to all safety procedures and guidelines. Additionally, your positive contribution to our team environment will be highly valued. Qualifications and Requirements To be considered for this position, you should have a minimum of two years of roofing or cladding experience. Proficiency with power tools is essential, along with a strong focus on safety and reliability. Candidates must possess EWP (Elevating Work Platform) and Working at Heights certificates. Having a Confined Spaces certification and FL endorsement will be advantageous. We are looking for individuals who are physically fit, possess strong logical thinking skills with attention to accuracy in measurements, and have effective communication abilities. A willingness to work some weekends, depending on workload, is also required. A clean criminal record is necessary for this position.
