About the Role
As a Shop Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding in-store experience for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include welcoming customers, assisting them with their needs, and processing sales transactions accurately. You will also handle exchanges, credit notes, and refunds in accordance with our company policies.
The position requires a proactive individual who can build strong relationships with customers while working collaboratively within our team.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess exceptional customer service skills and have an outgoing personality. Being an excellent team player is essential, as is the ability to work on weekends and public holidays, which is standard in a retail environment.
