About the Role We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable professional to join our team as a Parks and Reserves Officer. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in supporting our community through the effective management of our parks and reserves. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and addressing day-to-day maintenance issues, coordinating with our parks contractors, and overseeing the management of trees in our green spaces. This position is based in Richmond and reports to the Team Leader - Reserves Operations. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess a recognized qualification in Parks & Recreation or a related field, along with several years of relevant experience. You will need to be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite and various database applications. A solid understanding and experience in tree management are essential, as is a strong motivation and passion for environmental stewardship.
