Our team is composed of experienced and skilled professionals, including dentists, dental assistants, a receptionist, and a practice manager. About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced dentist to join our team on a full-time basis, working Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Our practice is equipped with advanced technology, including rotary endodontics, intraoral cameras, intraoral scanners, OPG, digital x-rays, Airflow, and surgical motors. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including general, cosmetic, and emergency dentistry, as well as oral surgery, endodontics, and periodontics. The remuneration for this position is set at a 40% commission, and we also provide a car park for our employees. About You We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a similar role. Experience with implant placement and restoration, surgical extractions, and endodontics would be highly advantageous. The ideal candidate will possess the confidence to plan and discuss treatment options with patients, a strong work ethic, and a genuine enthusiasm for learning. We seek someone who is committed to a long-term position and possesses excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. About the Region Masterton is the largest town in the Wairarapa region, renowned for its family-friendly atmosphere. Each March, the community celebrates sheep shearing as a celebrated art form.
