About the Role
We are looking for a motivated individual to provide sales support for our branch customers. In this role, you will build and maintain internal relationships with our procurement and demand management teams, ensuring that all customer needs are met effectively. You will also be responsible for completing various administrative tasks in line with our Branch Performance Standards, which include accurate invoicing, inventory receipting, and managing credits.
Additionally, you will regularly operate a forklift to move products around the site. It is essential that all duties are completed accurately and on time, while adhering to our high standards of safety and quality.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should possess excellent customer service skills, as building strong relationships with our customers is paramount. An advanced knowledge of Hynds products and their applications is important, along with an understanding of how our products work together to create effective solutions.
Candidates must hold a full class 1 NZ driver licence with an F endorsement. A solid understanding of business principles and the key drivers of performance is also necessary. Furthermore, practical experience and knowledge of health and safety standards are essential.
