About the Role
In this position, you will work 40 hours per week from Tuesday to Saturday, with shifts from 3:00 AM to 11:30 AM. The ideal candidate will be someone who can collaborate effectively within a team while also demonstrating the maturity to work independently when necessary.
We are looking for someone who can clean efficiently and maintain safe hygiene practices, as well as either possess baking experience or show a willingness to learn the role of a Baker.
Your duties will include:
- Making and baking bread
- Packing products
- Producing a wide range of high-quality items
- Performing some cleaning tasks
- Adhering to a production schedule
- Engaging in some heavy lifting
- Maintaining a high standard of retail merchandising
- Upholding Health & Safety and Food Safety standards
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- A mature approach to working independently
- Efficient cleaning skills and knowledge of hygiene practices
- Baking experience or a strong desire to learn
