About the Role
We are excited to announce a new opportunity within our team for an Operations Readiness and Airport Transition (ORAT) Trainer. This role is vital in bridging the gap between operational requirements and training delivery. The ORAT Trainer will ensure that our teams are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to execute their responsibilities efficiently.
In this position, you will engage in a variety of impactful tasks, including:
- Preparing both internal and external operational stakeholders to effectively operate new infrastructure and adapt to technology-driven changes and processes.
- Collaborating closely with the ORAT team and various stakeholders to design, deliver, evaluate, and execute training programs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs tailored for internal operational teams, ground handlers, contractors, and airlines.
- Supporting operational trials, simulations, and drills by providing targeted training for stakeholders.
- Working in partnership with internal stakeholders such as ORAT specialists, project managers, and operational teams.
- Creating and updating training materials, including presentations, quick reference guides, and facilitator manuals.
- Maintaining accurate training records, reconciling attendance, and generating compliance reports to meet regulatory and operational requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in developing and delivering training for system and process changes.
- A proven ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- The capability to create tailored, high-impact training programs that address diverse stakeholder needs.
- Expertise in delivering classroom, virtual, and hands-on training sessions.
- A diploma or degree in education, training, airport management, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven experience delivering training in complex operational environments, preferably within the aviation or transport sectors.
