About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team and elevate our kitchen department. This role is diverse and focused on leadership, as you will guide a small team of Kitchen Designers who assist customers in transforming their ideas into dream kitchens. We are looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on, leads by example, and can motivate others in a vibrant retail setting. While prior kitchen design experience is a plus, it is not a requirement, as we will provide comprehensive training and support to the right candidate. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supporting the daily management of the Kitchen Design department - Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of designers - Collaborating closely with the Retail Manager to enhance stock availability and inventory control - Ensuring that customers receive exceptional service on every occasion - Fostering a positive and engaged team culture This is a full-time position, working Sunday to Thursday, which offers a great work-life balance. About You We are looking for candidates who possess: - Previous experience in retail leadership or supervision - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload - A friendly, confident, and approachable communication style - A proven sales mindset focused on understanding and meeting customer needs - High energy, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic While kitchen design experience is advantageous, it is not essential, as we are eager to train the right individual.
