About the Role In the position of Electrical Supervisor, you will work closely with the Electrical Project Manager to oversee all electrical work and job tasks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects run smoothly and are completed on time. Your responsibilities will include coordinating daily site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, addressing technical challenges, and supporting overall project planning and delivery. Strong communication with contractors and stakeholders will be essential to keep everything on track and ensure the success of each project. Requirements - Proven experience in supervising electrical projects, preferably in commercial settings. - Electrical qualification and EWRB registration. - In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations. - Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capacity to manage and motivate teams. - Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
