About the Role We are currently seeking a professional driver with outstanding customer service skills to become a valued member of our team. This role is crucial in ensuring timely and secure deliveries, collaborating effectively with the management team, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This is a permanent full-time position, offering a guaranteed 35 hours of work per week, and applicants must have the right to work full-time in New Zealand. Key Responsibilities The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following: - Maintaining company vehicles in a clean and orderly condition. - Loading, transporting, and delivering products to customers safely and efficiently. - Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and managing client feedback. - Upholding high standards of health, safety, and compliance in all aspects of the job. About You To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications and attributes: - A current Class 2 driver’s license, with a minimum of 12 months of truck driving experience. - Proficiency in operating Hiab trucks, manual trucks, and trucks with trailers. - Strong organizational and navigational skills to effectively manage your daily schedule. - Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with customers, build rapport, and maintain the successful client relationships we value. - Physical fitness, as the role requires manual handling. - A commitment to ethics, integrity, and safety standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
