About the Role We are currently seeking a Health Care Assistant to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis, with a commitment of 0.8 FTE. In this role, you will support our nurses and other healthcare team members in delivering exceptional care. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting with patient supervision and movement - Reconciling stock and maintaining ward organization - Providing patient care as needed This position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your caring and empathetic nature while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare sector. You will receive on-the-job training, including the opportunity to achieve a fully funded NZQA Level 3 certificate in Health and Wellbeing for Hospitals and Health Sector. About You We are looking for candidates with prior healthcare experience, as well as those who are dynamic, friendly, and demonstrate a high level of initiative.
