About the Role
We are currently seeking a warm and passionate Centre Supervisor/Curriculum Support to join our dedicated team. This is a permanent, full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week from Monday to Friday.
As an ECE qualified and registered Teacher holding a current NZ provisional or full practicing certificate, you will work closely with the Centre Director. Your role will involve providing curriculum support, assisting in the daily operations of the center, and overseeing activities as needed. You will create a rich learning environment for our tamariki by planning and implementing engaging curriculum activities.
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in nurturing your team’s potential through care, mentoring, and empowerment. Leadership experience is essential for this dual role, and the ability to adapt and maintain a growth mindset is vital. We value excellent customer service skills and a passion for curriculum development.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must have:
- NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
- Prior leadership experience
- Strong customer service abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the center's needs
