About the Role We are seeking an experienced Foreman to join our team and lead by example on-site. In this role, you will manage key projects while operating a variety of heavy machinery across multiple civil sectors, including pavement construction, bulk earthworks, and civil infrastructure. As a Civil Foreman Operator, you will be responsible for organizing and overseeing multiple projects and crews. Proficiency in operating excavators (10T-30T), graders (12M), dozers, and loaders is essential. Strong final trim skills will be crucial as you lead teams on highway roading and widening projects, full subdivisions, private land developments, bespoke rural works, and general civil infrastructure. We foster a tight-knit, family-run culture where teamwork is paramount. You will be supported by skilled operators who take pride in their work.
