About the Role
We are seeking a Trade Account Manager to join our team. This key position involves working closely with the entire Trade Team to foster strong relationships with our customers. The role requires a versatile skill set and the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. As the Trade Account Manager, you will be responsible for connecting with trade account customers and ensuring that their building material needs are met.
This multifaceted and fast-paced role demands an individual who is dynamic and capable of identifying customer requirements while coordinating with suppliers and internal personnel to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated experience in sales or account management within a technical environment
- Proven ability to pursue and secure new business opportunities
- Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate computer and keyboard skills, with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly
- A genuine focus on customer service
- Good multitasking abilities and a willingness to learn and understand new products
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain high customer standards under pressure
- Organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of building products and the sector is preferred but not mandatory if you are eager to learn

This is a full-time permanent position, with work hours from Monday to Friday. We can discuss some flexibility around these hours with the successful candidate.
