About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Receptionists to join our team of casual staff in Auckland and Whangaparoa. In this role, you will enjoy the flexibility to explore different workplaces and choose your hours. We offer both daily and weekly pay options to accommodate your financial needs.
As a Receptionist at Medcall, your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the first point of contact for visitors, greeting them in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a professional and efficient manner.
- Providing administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing mail, and maintaining records.
- Ensuring that the reception area remains tidy, presentable, and reflective of a positive image.
- Assisting with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Full New Zealand working rights (permanent residency or citizenship).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as email and word processing.
- A professional and positive attitude, along with a polished presentation.
- The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
- Reliability, motivation, and a talent for making people feel welcome.
