About the Role
We are currently looking for a motivated Lead Installer to take charge of our installation projects. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on work in building or construction with a lifestyle-focused environment. As a Lead Installer, you will be passionate about delivering high-quality installations and eager to pursue your professional development. Your responsibilities will include managing your own sites, completing final measures, and collaborating closely with our sales managers to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Who We're Looking For
We seek a quality tradesperson who possesses:
- Excellent finishing skills and a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive leadership style with a focus on high-quality installations.
- Experience in construction, joinery, metal work, or a related field; having a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) designation is a bonus.
- Stellar communication skills, essential for effective customer interactions.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence.
- A full New Zealand driver's license, enabling you to explore Northland and beyond.
- A zest for both work and life, aligning with the passionate ethos of our team.
