About the Role We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as support workers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist individuals with various needs, including home management, personal care, and daily activities. Your responsibilities may include helping clients achieve their personal goals, supporting exercise and mobility, and assisting with medication management, all of which will be supported through our training program. To thrive in this position, you should be genuinely caring, professional, and enthusiastic about supporting others in their home environment. Requirements To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: - A current and clean full driver's license - The legal right to work in New Zealand - Level 2, Level 3, or Level 4 health qualification is essential.
