About the Role
We are seeking a Full-Time Pharmacist to join our thriving community pharmacy. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified pharmacist who is looking to thrive in a supportive environment that values professional excellence and personal well-being. Our pharmacists are empowered to operate at the top of their scope, and we encourage clinical leadership and innovation within our team.
This permanent full-time position involves working 42 hours across five days from Monday to Saturday.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately and efficiently dispensing prescriptions
- Providing expert clinical advice and patient consultations
- Administering vaccinations and supporting health initiatives
- Mentoring interns and fostering a positive learning culture
- Contributing to the delivery of new and existing clinical services
- Collaborating as an engaged and energetic team member
Requirements
To thrive in this position, you will need to possess:
- Current registration (or eligibility) as a pharmacist in New Zealand
- Strong clinical knowledge and confidence in delivering pharmacy services
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to support and teach others
- An interest in innovation and the use of pharmacy technology, such as robotics and sachet systems
- A sense of humor and an appreciation for community life and work-life balance
